GIPSY ART - Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Gipsy Art, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and individuality of our work. Each item is a unique piece of art, meticulously created and curated, rather than a mass-produced commercial product. Because of the bespoke nature of our collection, we have established the following policy:

1. Inspection at Delivery

We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their purchase upon arrival. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a "Check at the Doorstep" service.

• Immediate Returns: If you are not satisfied with the piece, you may return it immediately to the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

• Shipping Fees: In the event of a doorstep return, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery/shipping fees in full to the courier.

2. No-Refund Policy

Once the delivery agent has departed and the item has been accepted, all sales are final.

• Due to the unique and artistic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the delivery process is complete.

• This policy ensures the integrity and value of our one-of-a-kind pieces.

3. Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please point this out to the delivery representative immediately. Once the item is accepted at the doorstep, Gipsy Art cannot be held liable for subsequent damages.

نظرًا لأن منتجاتنا قطع فنية فريدة وليست سلعًا تجارية عادية، تخضع عملية الشراء للقواعد التالية

المعاينة عند الاستلام: يحق للعميل معاينة المنتج فور وصوله. في حال عدم الرغبة في الاستلام، يُرد المنتج للمندوب مباشرة

رسوم الشحن: عند الإرجاع وقت التسليم، يلتزم العميل بدفع مصاريف الشحن كاملة

بعد الاستلام: بمجرد قبول الشحنة ومغادرة المندوب، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو استرداد الثمن، وتعتبر عملية البيع نهائية

المسؤولية: جيبسي ارت غير مسؤولة عن أي تلفيات يتم الإبلاغ عنها بعد إتمام عملية الاستلام
