• Greater Cairo:
  Orders within Greater Cairo are typically delivered within up to five (5) working days from order confirmation, excluding public holidays.
• Other Governorates:
  Delivery timelines for orders shipped outside Greater Cairo vary depending on the shipping carrier’s policies, destination, and operational timelines. Estimated delivery times will be determined by the courier handling the shipment.
